Senior Administrator Alongside Event and Office Management Join a dynamic team where your multitasking will be fully utilised Corporate offices in Wynyard Quarter Start your 2020 off with an exciting and rewarding new challenge Bayleys Real Estates executive team are looking to take on an exceptional Senior Administrator to ensure the smooth running of the Bayleys House building events and leadership team Bayleys House is the home to the large Bayleys Central Commercial City Living and Projects Sales teams plus the Realty Group Bayleys Corporation and the Property Services team We have our own caf that is used by the staff and guests to Bayleys House and the foyer area is constantly busy with guests auctions training sessions and social events Key responsibilities include event management for staff functions and client functionsensuring the upkeep and presentation of the Bayleys House building and all fittings and furnishing are kept immaculatebeing the Personal Assistant to Chief Operating Officer and Executive Legal teamassisting the EA to the Executive team with administration supportadministration of legal documentsadministration for starters and leavers for the Commercial and Corporate team It is expected that you will be a selfstarter and capable of organising and prioritising your day This role is dynamic in the sense you are a senior member of the administration team but will not fall short of doing your part in keeping the office clean and tidy Events are usually infrequent and held in the evening at Bayleys House There are three main larger events during the year which you will have total ownership of We expect this will be an area you have had plenty of experience in and be a real list person who thrives on being organised is creative and can manage large scale RSVPs electronically It goes without saying that you will be able to handle things coming at you from left field because real estate is an exceptionally fast paced and dynamic industry you need to be flexible and adapt to change quickly The PA side will require great attention to detail and excellent computer skills looking after a small professional team The Bayleys Property Services team manage the premises of Bayleys House and the whole precinct so they are always on hand to ensure that the building can be maintained to an exceptional standard under your instruction Some elements of your Office Manager hat will see you dealing directly with contractors and suppliers Bayleys is a fun social environment We are looking for someone who has plenty of energy drive and just loves being part of a team and takes immerse pride in what you do You will be a go to person so it helps if you dont mind being constantly interrupted and having to drop things to do other tasks that have sudden priority If this unique opportunity sounds like you please feel free to email your CV and cover letter to carol henry bayleys co nz
