As the Performance Marketing Lead, every day you'll be fine-tuning our paid channels and cooking up marketing campaigns that shine the spotlight on our software and the problems that it solves.Self-driven and analytical, you will oversee the end-to-end customer journey across multiple digital channels and touchpoints, proactively seeking ways to improve conversions and drive business results.Ultimately, your work will grow and nurture our sales pipeline and position Arlo as the global authority in the learning technology industry.ResponsibilitiesPaid channels to drive lead generation and awarenessManage and optimise Google Ads, Bing, Capterra, Facebook, and LinkedIn.Set performance marketing priorities and allocate budgets.Run tests and try new strategies to methodically improve performance.Own paid media KPIs and track attribution throughout the sales funnel.Marketing tech stack and automationOversee the integration and optimization of marketing technologies to ensure a seamless customer journey from lead acquisition to sales conversion.Own the delivery of martech improvements. Systematically build, test, improve our machine.Work alongside marketing and sales to automate the delivery of lifecycle content and execute integrated campaigns, including webinars, ebooks and events.Analytics and conversion optimisationMonitor and report on the performance of marketing channels and campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).Conduct routine conversion analysis, report findings and provide recommendations to the team and broader business.Work across teams and departments to ensure we are monitoring and prioritising high-impact improvements.Knowledge, skills and experienceSkills & experience4+ years experience in a hands-on digital marketing position18+ months experience managing performance marketing accounts (agency or in-house)Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Linkedin, Facebook and analytics toolsExperience running marketing automation and B2B lifecycle marketingTechnically strong - comfortable talking tech and driving the latest marketing toolsConfident in producing data-driven reports, identifying areas of improvement with a clear plan and success criteria.Experience in a B2B or SaaS companyExperience using our martech stack: Marketo, Google Analytics, Wordpress, Drift, LookerExperience creating images and basic animations in Canva, Photoshop or similarAn interest in emerging technologies e.g AIA bit about usArlo is an award-winning software company with our HQ in New Zealand and offices in Canada & the UK.We believe that human interaction is still at the heart of effective learning.
