You will be joining the team at the beginning of an HR systems transformation journey where we are moving to renewed systems and processes. You will be a key member of the project team and influence the overall strategy as we set up to provide robust analysis and reporting along with some predictive analytics and modelling to support our people strategy. The aim is to deliver a great employee experience through systems enhancement.The second part of the role is providing generalist HR support. The People and Culture team is small, and we work seamlessly together to deliver an excellent people experience. With a mix of specialist systems support, a focus on data and being connected to the business through people advisory, this role is varied and impactful.At Lotto NZ we have a hybrid working model. You will be working from our Corporate HQ in Newmarket and can spend some time working from home.A bit about you:You will be passionate about what you do and be proud of it. You will have the ability to turn data into meaningful insights that support decision making. You will understand the needs of the business from a people perspective and your experience in people advisory allows you to drive and support excellence in the employee experience.Your proven track record for successfully delivering and embedding HR systems demonstrates how you can operate with confidence and credibly across all levels of the organisation. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and concepts in a clear and concise manner.You may have studied Human Resources Management, Organisational Psychology and/or Management or have an interest to expand your career in this space.
