The People Services Coordinator plays a key role in delivering support and advice to the broader P&C Team, Managers and client groups in administering an employee's life cycle.Specifically you will:Generation of waged and salaried employment agreements for AU & NZEnsure data is maintained and up to date for compliance, reporting and P&C Metrics purposesInterpretation of EBA/CEA's/Award wage ratesCoordinate approvals and generation of change of status paperwork for AU & NZ and ensuring all paperwork is saved on electronic Personnel Files.Coordinate and deliver ad-hoc P&C tasks as required i.e. Work Rights for AU & NZ including all propriate identification and paperwork on personnel files and SAP updated for Audit purposes.Process invoices for P&C aligned to finance deadlines for processing.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within P&C Admin, propose to team and support the implementation of agreed plansChallenge the status quo on P&C processes to ensure they are consistent and apply with legislationLead automation of P&C Admin processesGeneration of relocation documentation and support P&C with employee relocationWork with Remuneration, Benefits & Reporting Analyst, P&C Analyst, P&C BPs, Payroll and broader P&C Community to resolve challenges, pain points in process, technologies and data inconsistenciesCoach P&C BP's and business where required to develop them on process and system knowledgeWhat you will need:To be successful in this role you like to challenge the status quo and look for efficiencies in all you do and be a natural communicator.
