With the opportunity to help drive technological excellence for more than 30 businesses across Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific, FletcherTech offers some of the most interesting careers in IT.About the RoleThe People & Performance Systems Manger is responsible for leading a team of Functional Business & Technical Analysts and Solution Leads in supporting and driving the future direction and technology roadmap of Fletcher Building's HR products and platforms. This role requires best practice processes through our system features, functionality, and capabilities. You'll be responsible for overseeing processes to ensure that the HR products and platforms (Workday, Avature, Cornerstone) are performing appropriately to meet business requirements and demands. You'll manage the delivery of services to end users to ensure achievement of agreed service levels, working alongside product owners to effectively prioritise delivery pipelines. This will be coupled with the implementation of ongoing process improvements, promoting best practice by sharing ideas and undertaking staff training, leading to a reduction in incidents and requests.About YouYou'll be tertiary qualified with at least 5+ years' experience in application management, integration, and support, with proven experience of problem, change, configuration, and release management. You'll bring a passion for innovation and the ability to adapt to the rapidly evolving tech industry. Your stakeholder engagement and executive level communication skills will be second to none.Your previous experience will demonstrate:Proven leadership and relationship development capability.3+ years' experience of planning/scoping and leading large pieces of system change projects with multiple system dependencies, including software implementation COTS (commercial off the shelf), SaaS, new development, and enhancements. Experience with Workday, Avature and Cornerstone advantageous.Relevant experience and expertise across HR Integrations, EH&S, T&A and/or Payroll solutions.Experience and knowledge across the HR/People functional areas (HR staffing, compensation, benefits, learning & development, recruitment, performance and talent, absence management, and downstream affected processes such as Payroll & Expenses.What we offer A hybrid working environment- we are committed to supporting our people to strike a healthy balance between work and personal commitments.
