We'reon the lookoutfor a People & Performance Managerto lead Star's upper North Island team.Day-to-day, you'll spend your time coaching experienced Advisorsthrough the more difficult aspects of the generalist remit, whilst keeping your hands free to work on projects that contribute to strategic and operational success during a time of transformational change. With several years of senior HR advisory experience under your belt, the right person will be aconfidentand commercialleader, with exposure to unions, organisational change and complex ER matters.As an individual,you'll be a true people person, influencingpositively and challenging constructively,who finds enjoyment inmentoring, coaching and developing.
