This is mahi that will improve the health and well-being of everyone in Aotearoa, and we've got an opportunity for you to be part of it…Te whiwhinga mahi| The OpportunityThe purpose of the role is to provide coordination and administrative support to the People Delivery Support team (DST) of managers (Director HR, People Partnering Leads and OC&D Lead) to ensure efficient and effective delivery of HR and OD related services to Hospital and Specialist Services within the district.Experience providing support and administrative services in complex business environments with multiple stakeholders across multiple activities – minimum of 3 years.Experience working in a business function dealing with confidential, private, and sensitive information.Experience working in a high-pressure environment responding to multiple demands, deadlines.Experience in dealing with highly confidential matters including occasional emotive and distressing information.Experience in dealing with data and large datasets and the collation of reporting metrics.Demonstrates willingness, and ability, to build constructive/effective relationships with other teams and partners to enable and assist with the delivery of pieces of work.Demonstrates willingness, and ability, to build constructive/effective relationships with other teams and partners to enable and assist with the delivery of pieces of work.A commitment to being a good Te Tiriti partner in all your actions.
