Job Description Reporting to the Head of People & Organisation, this permanent position is to assist the team in aspects of service delivery through the effective administration and coordination of the day-to-day operations of human resources functions and duties, and by providing support to line managers, and staff; and to provide Personal Assistance to the Director People & Organisation.
Desired Skills and Experience To be successful, this role requires the following:
Studying towards a tertiary qualification or a recent graduate in human resources or relevant field e.g. Bachelor of Commerce, Business, Psychology or related subjects Relevant Executive Assistance or Administration experience High degree of accuracy Self-management skills (ability to prioritise and meet deadlines) Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Closing Date: 30 April 2024
