As People Experience Co-ordinator, you'll provide crucial co-ordination and administration support to the Learning and Development Team primarily, but also to our People Experience leaders. In this role you will report to the Manager Digital Learning and be responsible for * Event and course co-ordination – particularly for our large change programmes but also for events and courses facilitated by the People Experience team. * Systems and reporting administration – you will bring your digital skills to the fore as you provide administrative support across our digital learning systems. * Procurement and supplier management for our external suppliers – on any given day you will bring your attention to detail and focus on accuracy and timeliness to a range of work including raising and processing purchase orders, invoices, or expense claims. * Team co-ordination –you'll bring your inner Marie Kondo to our processes and systems, and you'll co-ordinate the induction of new People Experience team members. Mou – About you This is a great role for a proactive, organised and customer focused person. You'll be a self-motived learner and team-player who is good at juggling competing priorities daily. You will need to demonstrate that you have a high level of digital literacy and collaborative working style.
