You don't need a background in HR, but a love of data, spreadsheets, and reporting is a must! If you are interested in People & Culture, specifically reward and recognition or growing your skills in this area it's a bonus. You would be working with a great team.You will have fantastic attention to detail and organisational skills and be proactive and reliable. You will be always looking for new and simpler ways to do things. You will be a strong administrator, with an eye for detail, who can confidently work across multiple systems.This role is the first point of contact for HR related queries and provides administration support to the wider HR team, a key part of this role is maintaining data integrity so you will need to enjoy using systems and have an impressive attention to detail.
