Extend Audience ReachAccelerate Digital RevenueCreate a Sustainable BusinessThe opportunity - Te turanga In this great role as the People & Culture Analyst reporting to GM People & Culture, you will focus on:
Management of our labour reporting and data analytics, with a continuous improvement focusManage the employee life cycle and administration processes and support the People & Culture team to deliver our TVNZ Mana Tangata People Plan. Manage and be a super user of our P&C systems to ensure accurate and up to date data.This is a 12 month fixed term contract. This is an entry level role and ideally you will be a couple of years into your career, ideally with tertiary quals in either mathematics, statistics, information technology, human resources, and/or business. You don't need a background in HR, but a love of data, spreadsheets, and reporting is a must! If you are interested in People & Culture, specifically reward and recognition or growing your skills in this area it's a bonus. You would be working with a great team.
You will have fantastic attention to detail and organisational skills and be proactive and reliable. You will be always looking for new and simpler ways to do things. You will be a strong administrator, with an eye for detail, who can confidently work across multiple systems.
This role is the first point of contact for HR related queries and provides administration support to the wider HR team, a key part of this role is maintaining data integrity so you will need to enjoy using systems and have an impressive attention to detail. The role offers a great grounding in Human Resources and will set you up with the skills you need to move forward in your career over time.
