DUNEDIN BASED PART-TIME ROLE We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Advisor based in our Dunedin office to support our operations in the Otago and Southland area. You will be part of a national P&C team responsible for delivering effective, efficient, and professional generalist people & culture activities.

Responsibilities:

You will support operational managers and frontline staff on a day-to-day basis. This is a hands-on, operational generalist HR role providing advice and guidance on effective people practices and championing delivery of a wide range of HR services.

The organisation is flexible on hours worked, 32 hours per week required. About You:

Our P&C function is built on trusted relationships with the teams we support. We are looking for a P&C professional who:
Has the skills to create sustainable change by partnering with the teams you work with. Is high energy, positive, solutions-focused and is just as happy working on people engagement as well as being busy with frontline leader policy advice. Has the ability to influence and constructively challenge. Has a minimum of 3+ years of solid work experience in a similar role including employee relations, performance management, staff engagement, and remuneration. Is a strong communicator and your collaboration skills allow you to form effective relationships across all levels of the business. Has a self-driven focus and takes the initiative in a fast-paced and busy environment. Has strong organisational skills and processes.
