You will be part of a national P&C team responsible for delivering effective, efficient, and professional generalist people & culture activities.Responsibilities:You will support operational managers and frontline staff on a day-to-day basis. This is a hands-on, operational generalist HR role providing advice and guidance on effective people practices and championing delivery of a wide range of HR services.The organisation is flexible on hours worked, 32 hours per week required.About You:Our P&C function is built on trusted relationships with the teams we support.
