The Opportunity Our small and tight knit team need a People & Culture Advisor. Permanent full or part time options available with flexiblility of hours per week or day depending on the candidate. About the role You will support our People & Culture team to bring the magic. We are looking for someone that loves attention to detail and problem solving, has a hit the ground running level of Human Resources skills and knowledge, and most importantly is interested in People and helping them have an amazing time at work. The difference you'll make: Create agreements and onboarding using our internal HRIS system Help the people that work for us, and their leaders, navigate our policies and procedures Partner with leaders to recruit the best people for our teams Advise on and create all things people related Skills and experience It's not the be all and end all, but we'd be stoked if you have the following: Worked in an HR related role before so you're role-ready A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field so you get the "why?" behind what we do Experience working with/understanding of NZ Immigration laws Sound knowledge of Employment Relations legislation What's in it for you?
