Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment) As the People & Culture Advisor you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes. This position gives the successful candidate an opportunity of autonomy of all HR related activities for an organisation of around 30 employees. This is a true generalist role where you work closely with people leaders and report to the Director of Finance and Operations. Key Responsibilities:Provide advice and support to managers on best practiceManage key stakeholder relationships and provide guidance on strategic people initiativesCoach team members on HR best practice and provide across the employee lifecycle including recruitment, employment relations and wellbeing initiatives.Review and update policies to ensure compliance with current legislation.
