About the role | Mo tenei turanga mahi This is a Permanent, full-time opportunity based in Mt Wellington Auckland. You'll be part of a collaborative People & Capability team and be responsible for delivering excellent advisory support across the full employee lifecycle. The role provides an opportunity to take the lead on talent management and own the management of our HR Information System. A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Employment Law or other relevant discipline. 3-5 years' experience working in a People & Capability role, including: End to end recruitment General policy interpretation and advice Transformational project delivery Up-to-date working knowledge of HR trends and NZ employment legislation. Competent in using HR Information Systems. Competency with te ao Maori, tikanga, and te reo Maori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth.
