Hybrid working, 2 days in the officeThe opportunityAt QBE, we are committed to fostering a culture of inclusivity, innovation & excellence, with a dedication to our employees' success & well-being.Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a talented People Business Partner, for this broad & diverse role.Reporting to the Head of People, NZ Pacific, you will work with leaders & teams across NZ & the Pacific, offering you diversity & opportunities to learn about different cultures, countries & their legislations.Be part of a down to earth & inclusive team, enjoy the opportunity to collaborate with & leverage expert knowledge from our global teams.Auckland based role, offering 30 hours a week with option to work hybrid with 2 days in the office and happy to talk flexible.Your new roleServe as a trusted advisor & partner to business leaders, collaborating to develop & implement People strategies that align with organisational goals and objectives.Provide advise to leaders regarding policy & process.Provide expert guidance on a wide range of People matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, & organisational effectiveness.Integrate into the NZ & Pacific businesses as well as be part of a diverse and inclusive Australia Pacific team, where there is opportunity to work on various projects that not only pertains to NZ & the Pacific but may also be of personal interest to your own development journey.
