Lead and inspire a dedicated team of 4, covering Recruitment, Payroll, & Learning and Development. Your mission will be to embed our values and principles across the company, crafting strategies and processes that align with our business objectives. From performance management to technology integration, you will ensure our team is equipped, agile, and ready for success.Core Work Activities:Provide expert advice and coaching on employee management, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive work environment.Drive recruitment and selection processes that are efficient, cost-effective, and compliant.Cultivate a culture of high performance, ensuring our values and policies are lived and breathed across the company.Play a pivotal role in employee relations, balancing business needs with a strong moral compass.Lead people initiatives and projects, aligning them with business objectives for national impact.Oversee comprehensive training programs, enhancing the skill set of our workforce from the ground up.Ensure legal and compliance standards are met, maintaining a safe and respectful working environment.About you:At least 3 years in a Generalist/Manager HR role, preferably in a leadership role with a proven track record of success.A tertiary qualification in HR, IR, Psychology, or a Business-related discipline.Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaborative skills.
