We are looking for a bright, curious and energetic People& Culture Coordinator to support our awesome team. This is a goldenopportunity to grow, with exposure to the entire scope of Human Resources andresponsibilities across recruitment, on-boarding, learning & development, first-lineadvisory; and projects.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: ProvidingHR coordination to all aspects of the employee lifecycle including:recruitment, pre-employment checks, on-boarding, probationary periods,performance reviews, variations and changes in terms and conditions, leaveprocesses and other employment-related documentationBeingthe initial point of contact for People & Culture process-relatedqueries across the businessSupportingthe P&C team in the coordination of organisational development,induction, orientation and training programsAdministeringcontent and announcements for internal communications and digitalplatformsMaintainingpaper and electronic filing systems.What you'll need to bring: ATertiary level qualification in HR, psychology or business relateddisciplinePreviouswork experience (3+ years) in HR coordination in a fast paced environmentHighenergy and positivityExcellentadministration and coordination skillsAccuracyand strong attention to detailAbilityto thrive in a fast-paced environment - skilled at juggling competingdemands, prioritizing, and meeting challenging deadlinesProvenability to manage confidential informationExceptionalskills in MS Office.Why is this the next great opportunity for you?
