Position Overview: As a People and Capability Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and empowerment of our employees. You will work closely with management and HR teams to implement strategies that enhance employee engagement, performance, and career development. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in HR practices and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
Responsibilities:
Partnering with Head of People and Capability, you will develop and implement people strategies that support business objectives and foster a positive organisational culture.Provide expert advice and guidance on a range of people-related matters, including performance management, talent development, employee relations, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing coaching, mediation, and conflict resolution support as needed.Stay current with HR trends, best practices, and legislative changes, and recommend adjustments to policies and procedures as necessary.Write and develop employment compliance collateral including employment contracts. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.Proven experience (3+ years) in a HR advisory role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable HR initiatives.Experience in talent management, performance coaching, and organisational development.How to Apply: If you're passionate about empowering people and driving organisational success, we want to hear from you!
