You will be reporting to the Team Coach and joining our PathwaysAuckland peer-led support team, this is a service that is an alternative tohospital admission and can house up to 12 guests, working in a team of peersupport specialists – all with a common purpose to support people experiencingmental illness.

This is a full-time role. You will be working Friday – Monday, 11pm – 7:30am.Based in Papatoetoe, Auckland.

We are interested to hear from peers with a period of wellness and workin a recovery-focused way for our Tupu Ake service.

You'll also have: Completion of WRAP training, including WRAP at work Holds a New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (NZCHW) or a recognised equivalent Knowledge of the Code of Health and Disability Services Consumers' Rights An understanding of and commitment to the principles of recovery Lived experience of mental illness Knowledge of mental health and NGO sector development Knowledge of, and demonstrable commitment to, the principles of the Te Tiriti o Waitangi Closing Date: Monday, 3rd June 2024. Please note, this role may close early if asuitable candidate is found.
