You will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing accurately and efficiently, working harmoniously with employees and management.
The Positions Payroll Officer (fulltime) Supporting the payroll manager with end-to-end volume payroll for employees on a fortnightly basis. Managing queries relating to legislation and payroll compliance in a customer-centric environment. Ensuring all payroll documentation is maintained under company policy. Attending relevant pay systems, product, and development training. Payroll Specialist (full-time) Strong process management to assist with pay system upgrades and project work. Exposure to complex payroll processing, payroll maintenance, and reporting. Experienced in payroll data maintenance and analysis reporting. Monitor and analyse pay run audit and variance reports for payroll and follow up if necessary. Your Profile Experience in payroll or human resources administration. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise. Be a team player and thrive in a team environment. Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with other staff.
