Lead and manage the payroll team, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and performing at their best. Proactive development of resources, policies, processes, and systems is integral to my role, ensuring the payroll function remains efficient and effective. I ensure compliance with legislation, particularly the Holidays Act 2003, and maintain updated systems reflecting current employee details and entitlements. Building strong internal and external relationships is also a key aspect of my responsibilities, facilitating smooth payroll operations and fostering collaboration across the organization.
