Help us grow our payroll and HRIS capabilityWork as part of a solutions oriented team, focused on continuous improvementFlexible working, opportunities for growth and developmentIn this integral role, you will be responsible for analysis, configuration changes and testing of system upgrades. You will work seamlessly with our Payroll and HRIS team as you support projects and initiatives and provide high quality and timely assistance to our wider People and Culture team.
As a team-player, you'll regularly review our internal processes to ensure they are still relevant and fit for purpose while striving to embed of a culture of continuous improvement.
The Payroll and HRIS team (part of HR Services) is highly focused and customer centric as they provide a vital service to the organisation, and they will empower you to identify business requirements and liaise with key stakeholders to provide solutions.
We're looking for someone with:
Ideally at least 5 - 7 years of Payroll experience in a large/complex companyExperience using Microsoft 365Proficiency in TechOne or other similar HRIS and Payroll system is highly desirableAnalyst/technical skills - ideally this would be experience in HRIS configurationThe ability to identify business requirements, analyse, review, improve and document processesKnowledge and understanding of the Holidays Act 2003Technical support and system upgrades experience would be beneficialGood communication and problem solvingWe are looking to appoint between $80,730 and $94,976 per annum, for this role, depending on relevant skills and experience.
