Your expertise will be invaluable in supporting the configuration and testing of a new compliant system. Additionally, your ability to identify and document process changes will contribute significantly to achieving future-state compliance. Your commitment to collaboration will see you contributing to various sub-groups, enabling the successful completion of specific tasks.
Responsibilities: Assist the Stream Lead in developing detailed project plansAnalyse payroll data and assist with solution development for complianceInterpret Multi-Employer Collective Agreements (MECAs) and Individual Employment Agreements (IEAs)Support the payroll systems work stream with the configuration and testing of a new compliant systemProvide technical support and advice to the remediation team as requiredIdentify and document process changes to enable future-state complianceContribute to sub-groups to enable the delivery of specific tasks Key Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years experience processing complex payrolls in excess of 1,000 employeesSound understanding of the Holidays ActIntermediate user of Microsoft products especially Excel, Word & OutlookDesirable: Health Sector payroll processing experienceDesirable: AMS Leader payroll system experienceApply now or get in touch below:
