Parts Sales Assistant/ Customer Service

This role is as a Parts Interpreter which is a sales assistant/ customer service role within our Richmond Branch. You do not need direct industry experience as the role is learnable but you will need to have a great attitude, a friendly personality and like to work with people.

Skill set we require are:
• Computer/ Technology Skills and Knowledge
• Minimum of NCEA Level 2 or similar
• Ability to work under pressure
• Enjoys working with people
• Willingness to learn
• Positive attitude and friendly personality

You will provide the first point of contact for most of our customers on their arrival to our workshop.

The role will primarily involve identifying and supplying spare parts for our internal workshops as well as sourcing pricing and availability for our external customer quotations.

You will play an active part in stock control and be responsible for maintaining an efficient Parts Warehouse facility; including –maintaining our internal system, inwards/outwards goods, stock control, maintaining store cleanliness and dispatch.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm
