The role:
You will be providing the highest level of service to our customers, therefore we will be looking for a solid history of you achieving this in previous roles. Bringing your sense of humour will help, as well as doing your bit as a valued team member.
Responsibilities include: Providing face-to-face, over the phone and email support and advice to our customers to ensure they receive the right product and service information to meet their requirements.Interpret & process incoming purchase orders for efficient dispatch.Coordinate the dispatch of customer orders within an acceptable time frame, ensuring all documentation requirements are met.Inform customers of their orders progress, maintaining a high standard of customer service, with the goal of perpetuating business.Provide a prompt and efficient level of customer service to all customers, both inside the Parts Department and the wider company environment.Be committed to providing a quality service to internal and external customers, suppliers and to all other people within the Company.You will ideally have: High levels of accuracy and be detail orientated.A proven understanding of the importance of great customer service.Be a computer savvy individual who is confident to learn and use multiple systems, including MS Office applications.Displays a positive and enthusiastic attitude.Able to work without direct supervision.If you're keen to be part of a crew like that then we can't wait to see your application by hitting APPLY NOW.
