McVerry Crawford Motor Group is proud to be a second-generation family business selling and servicing new and used vehicles and providing superior customer service to the Manawatu and Rangitikei for over 40 years.We are the principal dealer for Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Isuzu Utes and also the Husqvarna Franchise for the Rangitikei regionWe are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor for our Marton Branch with proven background of delivering excellent customer service with a desire to help grow the parts side of our business and deliver customer service excellence to our valued customersNOTE: You will need to be in New Zealand or already have required Visa to work in New Zealand - If you require sponsorship into New Zealand to be eligible for this role please do not apply.Wage starts at around $28 + per hour depending on experienceGOAL:Liaise with customers via phone, email, and internet or in person and coordinate all parts sales for external and internal clients.Communication flow between service department, external clients and dealership management.Promote the sale of parts and accessory sales.Handle Parts related money transactions.Stock controlAssist service advisor and branch manager with bookings and service client customer serviceMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain call log and quoting system.Handle all parts related queries via email, internet and phone or face to face.Liaise with service team and insure all parts required for service work are availableFollow up all quotes and record any lost sales and advise management and or FranchiseQuote all extra parts required above the original approval.Obtain customer authorization and record prior to placing orders.Obtain full payment for any special ordered parts and accessories.Maintain client details in our DMS and update contact information. Email, mobile and landlines.Checks invoices parts related invoices and receive payment.
