What might your days look like We're a team of global innovators, who cherish diverse perspectives that fuel our mission; to simplify the world of work for SMBs worldwide. We're on the hunt for a developing SaaS salesperson to join our growing Partnerships team! Reporting to the Manager of Channel Partnerships, you'll own the full sales cycle and take accountability for identifying and closing new partners for Employment Hero. You'll focus on developing relevant new channel sales opportunities for our market-leading Employment Hero products. You'll utilise a mixture of warm leads (from the marketing function) and outbound prospecting to pitch, present and win new business, supporting onboarding and activation of partners and their clients. This role would suit an Account Executive with proven partnerships or channel sales experience. We're looking for someone hungry, tenacious and eager to drive results! As an Partnerships Manager, you'll:
Identify and drive new business opportunities to build partner pipelineCovert inbound marketing and event leads to revenueDevise a strategic sales approach to expand and advance partnerships opportunities using a low touch and efficient sales processProspect for potential new partners and convert into increased businessMeet potential partners by growing, maintaining, and leveraging networksPlan strategic approaches and pitch persuasivelyActively identify partnerships opportunities through the tendering processHandle objections by clarifying, emphasising agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusionAdapt style to persuade and negotiate appropriatelyQualify opportunities, run the sales cycle and close the saleMeet your assigned targets / quotasSubmit accurate weekly progress reports - pipeline & forecastEnsure all customer / client data is accurately entered and maintained in our CRM system, SalesforceEnsure all pipeline reporting and data is entered into SalesforceWhat will you bring At least 1+ years' experience in a B2B sales role1+ years' worth of channel sales experienceRelevant industry experience (SaaS, tech, or an aligned industry)Clear experience developing and winning new channel and referral partnersLife at Employment Hero
