Leading International mid-tier firm with a solid presence seeking an experienced Part-Time Assistant Accountant to join their growing team in Central Auckland.

This role will be approx. 10-16 hours per week
Creditors processing i.e. managing of Creditors including entering of invoices into Xero, monthly disbursements etc.Payroll data collationXero maintenanceGeneral invoicing including invoices for Tenants and associated queries.Trust Account administrationAssist with month-end reporting and reconciliations. Ideal Candidate Previous experience working in a similar Assistant Accountant roleIntermediate MS Office (especially Excel) skillsEffective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlinesExperience managing and building team relationships is essentialHigh attention to detailExcellent communication skills and confidence in communicating across a diverse range of clients/seniority.Ability to work well in a team and autonomouslyCulture and Environment
