We work together every day to shape a community and create a city that we can be truly proud of.The Manager Operations Parks Buildings role is responsible for leading the delivery of facilities management services for a diverse range of buildings to ensure they meet the needs of the community.In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that buildings situated within parks are available for the public to enjoy in a fit for purpose manner. Responsibilities include management of third party contracts delivering services associated to daily servicing, building maintenance, renovations and new builds. This role is also responsible for managing quality assurance programmes associated to these servicesYou will work with contractors and in-house staff to ensure works are covered to a high customer service satisfaction level.This is a busy role so you will be someone who is calm under pressure, organised, thrive on developing excellent stakeholder relationships and ensuring effective communication between a varieties of stakeholders.You will have a relevant qualification and/or proven industry experience in building / property or facilities management.Sounds like a no brainer to us.
