Panel Beater

We are a busy Panel Beater company looking for a panel beater for our workshop.  Key Responsibilities include but not limited to: removing panels and parts as required for the job which may include the removal of upholstery and accessories to gain access removing dents to make it ready for refinishing be able to use mechanical and hydraulic equipment to straighten damaged vehicles and parts replacing of badly damaged sections with new or second-hand panels filling depressions with plastic filler and filing grinding and sanding repaired surfaces fitting repaired or replacement panels on vehicles and refitting body hardware such as door locks and trims spray-painting vehicles as needed Hours: 30 per week must be flexible to be rostered on different hours including Saturdays and Sundays Wage rate: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour Experience: Some panel and paint experience would be preferable but not necessary Location: Auckland Applicants must be willing to undergo background checks and drug testing
