Job descriptionPainting Trades Works We Kinari Construction mainly from residential construction development. Now, we are urgently looking for Full Time experienced Painters (Residential, Commercial, Industrial) to join us. At least 2 years of related work experience
TASKS INCLUDE:
Study plans and drawingsErecting scaffolding and ladders, and placing drop sheets to protect adjacent areas from paint splatteringPreparing surfaces by removing old paint and wallpaper, fixing woodwork, filling holes and cracks, and smoothing and sealing surfacesSelecting and preparing paints to the required colors by mixing portions of pigment, oil, and thinning and drying additivesApplying paints, varnishes, and stains to surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spraysHanging wallpaper, matching patterns, and trimming edgesCleaning equipment and work areasMay repair windows and replace glass in wooden and metal framesMay lay and repair the wall and floor tilesMaintain and decorate surfaces of buildings and structures.Help prepare surfaces, mix paints for different needsApply with rollers and brushes to fill in cracksReporting to the team leader and working as part of a team.Have experience in Painting work, including an understanding of different painting processes and equipmentHave knowledge of health and safety regulations.Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.Must be punctual, self-starting, paperwork able to be written, trustworthy.
