Painter

We are currently hiring a Full-Time Painter with two to three years of relevant experience for  permanent employment. This role requires a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week, offering  an hourly rate of $29.70/hour. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering  high-quality painting services to our clients in residential and commercial settings.  Responsibilities:  1. Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling cracks, and priming. 2. Select and mix paint colours to match project requirements.  3. Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray guns. 4. Ensure even application and smooth finishes by employing appropriate techniques. 5. Protect surrounding areas from paint splatter and damage during the painting process. 6. Inspect finished surfaces to ensure they meet quality standards and client specifications.  Requirements:  1. Minimum of two years of experience as a painter in residential or commercial environments. 2. Proficiency in surface preparation and application of various paints and finishes. 3. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  5. Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks such as bending, kneeling, and lifting. 6.
