Pae Tukutuku Poutama – Team Member Registrations Whangarei Maori Land Court Permanent, Full Time Te Haeata/The Opportunity As a Pae Tukutuku Poutama you are responsible for the registration of land titles, records integrity and record storage including the data in the system. A key function of this role is the on-going data and business information verification, maintenance and quality storage and care of all Court records including land titles, court orders, permanent paper records and other historical information of business and cultural significance. You'll be supported to grow your understanding of our processes, relevant legislation, regulations, and acts. You will enjoy building relationships with your team and the Judiciary. Key Responsibilities:
Provide information relating to the record of the court and title registrations Participate in and support business initiatives Undertake and ensure the safe archiving, storage and filing of Court records in accordance with documented procedures and national standards Implement and operate within the protocols, access permissions and security guidelines Contribute to a positive team culture that enables the high performance of the immediate team and organisation O pukenga/Skills and Experience No candidate will meet every single desired qualification. To be successful in the role you'll need:
A can-do attitude with a strong customer focus Self-motivation and a passion for high-quality outputs Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail, accuracy and quality data entry NCEA level 3 or relevant work experience Experience working in a high-paced service environment where you are required to respond to changing needs and priorities Confidence in Te Reo me ona Tikanga Maori, or a genuine interest to learn. Our role is to provide a Court service for owners of Maori land, their whanau and their hapu.

Utu a-tau/ Salary The remuneration band for this role is $58,729 to $80,794 – while the appointing salary will be based on skills and experience, we are willing to pay higher in the band to attract strong candidates into this role.
In addition, you may also be eligible for the Reo Maori allowance (from $1,000 up to $3,200). This is dependent on completion of an approved assessment with Te Taura Whiri i te Reo Maori Level Finder Examination.
