This People and Capability Administration kapa(team) tautoko (supports) our rangatira (leaders) and kaimahi (staff), throughthe employee lifecycle, by delivering a high level of customer service andprocessing Human Resourceand Payroll contractual changes and otheradministration tasks – many of which are based via our Case Management Service– MAX. You will spend your time processing these cases to ensure our peoples HRjourney is concise and any changes that effect their pay are processed on time.
The People and Capability Administration team doesall of this, while always striving to deliver great and timely customer serviceto our organisation, rangatira (leaders) and kaimahi (staff) as well asexternal customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Deliveringexcellent customer service via our Case Management Service (MAX), viaphone or sometimes email.Performinghigh quality and high-volume administration tasks to process contractual changes for theupcoming pay run.Supporting thehiring manager and employee through the employee lifecycle/journeyProcessingemployee information and maintaining the confidentiality ofinformation, alwaysEnsuringlegislative compliance across our HR activitiesResolving orescalating complex cases or conflictsKo wai koe | About You We are looking for someone who has a passion forthe manaaki hauora (Health Industry) and wants to contribute in ameaningful way. To be successful in this role, you should enjoy interactingwith customers, be able to work autonomously and able to take initiative. Inthis role, you would be required to work in a fast-paced environment, be ableto manage multiple priorities and distractions.
This role would be ideal for someone who is lookingto develop anunderstanding with Human Resources and Payroll in a large complex and everchanging organisation.
Your skills should include:
Experience incustomer service within a fast-paced environment while managing multipleconflicting demands; Payrollknowledge is preferred but not essential;Exceptionalcomputer skills, you can pick up how to use different systems and are ableto pivot between them expertly.
