As the Organisational Development Senior Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving forward AUT's strategic goals by developing and implementing innovative organisational development initiatives.
The primary responsibilities will include: Taking the lead on the development of practical and out-come focused OD programmes that cultivate leadership skills, embrace diversity, foster teamwork, and promote a culture of continuous learning. Collaborating with senior leadership to assess organisational needs and develop strategies to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and employee engagement. Providing expert guidance and support to departments and teams on issues related to organisational effectiveness, change management, and performance improvement. Serving as a trusted advisor and resource for faculty and staff, offering guidance on professional growth and career development opportunities. Requirements: A relevant tertiary level qualification. Proven experience in the creation and successful management of staff engagement surveys. Proven experience in organisational development, change management, and leadership development. Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively across departments and levels of an organisation. A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Joining AUT means becoming part of a community dedicated to excellence, innovation, and lifelong learning.
