Keen to work alongside them? The RoleThis role wraps its arms around all People, ensuring the development, delivery and management of strategic and operational Organisation Development initiatives support the delivery of the overall strategy and vision.  The role plays a decisive role in shaping and advancing the organisational culture with a focus on Culture, Engagement, and enhancing the employee experience (including DEI, bringing the Te Reo Maori/ Te ao Maori strategy to life). You will report through to a Senior Leader who has been instrumental to the recent transformation. Identified as an ideas person and driver of initiatives within the business, this individual leads a collaborative and ambitious People team with lofty goals. A high-trust individual! Talent RequiredTo be successful and effective in this role you will hold a tertiary qualification in an appropriate discipline or demonstrated relevant and equivalent experience. Additionally, it is essential you have:Experience in the design, development, delivery and evaluation of ODExperience using human centred design, organisational change management and agile ways of workingExperience in developing, motivating, and managing employees; elevating capability at all levelsExperience in leading complex business programmes, managing outcomes and stakeholder expectationsYour highly developed interpersonal and communication skills will allow your to be an effective leader who influences a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment within an ambitious and action orientated People team. You will effectively contribute and collaborate with peers and stakeholders; for the betterment of the business and make decisions that have a meaningful impact on people.  You are persistent in the pursuit of goals yet are open minded and agile, and receptive to internal and external feedback. You have an inherent drive and hunger to be successful within your own sphere, but also the business, and are consistently focused to deliver results. Your energetic nature, personability, resilience and strong moral compass will hold you in good stead as you navigate and exciting role. This is a busy, full-time role with flexibility/ hybrid working supporting up to two days working from home, if desired.
