Organisational Capability Lead – Fixed TermPrimarily responsible for delivering capability and development programs that support the PX and Group strategies, the role aims to enable a Growth Culture and enhance the capability of the AA and its personnel, including Leadership Essentials & Coaching Essentials.
Responsible for NZAA's suite of frameworks, processes and systems to support key talent identification, capability development, and career goal achievement.Manage the Annual Performance Review Process, including the review of Development Plans identified by managers for their teams.Review existing processes and tools used for assessing capability, developing career paths and producing development plans, designing and sourcing new tools and processes where needed.Manage the implementation of organisational wide tools that support team and individual profiling, such as HDBI.Monitor, review and report on learning and OD effectiveness and return on investment across the organisation.Manage the performance and development of direct reports to ensure they receive the support and direction needed to achieve their objectives in a manner consistent with the vision, values, and culture of the organisation.Support the delivery of the Leadership Essentials programme to support the capability growth of our people.Manage the LMS and associated training programmes (e.g. Compliance, AA Induction), developing online learning in conjunction with third party providers or internal designers.Manage relationships and program development with external providers and training organisations e.g. Better Results, The Breakthrough Co, Quality Learning Solutions.Where appropriate, design and deliver specific training programmes primarily but not exclusively relating to organisation wide programmes.Ensure organisational wide training and induction programmes are up to date, and fit for purpose e.g. Induction ComplianceManage the PX training budget and sign-off on all externally provided training, ensuring training is planned, budgets are being utilised effectively, and the program solution meets quality standards and is aligned or is part of a bigger strategic purpose.Strong leadership & strategic thinking skillsPeople ManagementAbility to manage multiple stakeholdersEffective organisational, planning, and delegating skillsUnderstanding of effective training methodologies and toolsCreativity and innovation in the design and production of programmes, materials, and delivery methodsHigh level problem solving skillsCommunicator both in writing and spoken communicationsSound business acumen and strong business senseFixed term role until December 2024Competitive salary packageA day off for your birthdayHybrid working arrangement (work from home 2 days a week)Worklife balanceWorking with the AA | Me mahi tahi tatou ki AA For over 120 years we've been helping Kiwis on their adventures!
