Do you want to get your foot in the door within health care?
We now have positions available to work within our Orderly service.
The purpose of the Orderly Service is to assist nursing staff, other health professionals, patients and the public by providing an efficient and effective service within the hospital.
The work of an Orderly is physically demanding and requires an ability to multi task, problem solve as well as have a strong commitment to customer focus. This position involves working across all areas of the hospital including, wards, operating theatre, xray and other departments.
Experience as an Orderly or working in Health or Caregiving would be preferable but not essential, as training and orientation will be given to the successful applicant. The Hospital is a 24/7 operation, you will work as and when required to assist in covering our rosters.
You must have an Intermediate level of fitness to apply as you will be walking and lifting continuously throughout the day.
