Orchard Quality Control Lead

About the Role Reporting to the Quality and Compliance Manager, the Orchard Quality Control (QC) Lead supports and drives the quality culture in field to ensure our fantastic miniature apples get to our customers around the world in top condition.
Duties include:
· Lead and coordinate orchard quality activities to provide consistency within quality standards
· Verify and calibrate orchard QC inspections and techniques
· Support and assist inductions and training of quality team members 
· Review and update documentation, reports and records
· Assist with the management of quality procedures and audit programs
· Coordinate with orchard management on QC team activities
Skills You Need We're keen to hear from people who have:
· A positive attitude and enjoy working with our diverse team of characters
· Knowledge of quality regulations and standards
· A passion for teaching and sharing your quality knowledge with others
· Excellent at building and maintaining strong relationships
· Experience in orchard quality and compliance programs
· Confident IT literacy in Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of ABC compliance program

Flexibility regarding work hours and a full driver's licence are essential. An immediate start is available to the successful candidate.
