Orchard Machinery Operator

We are Auckland based company involved in establishing new orchards/farms or do maintenance work in existing orchards/farms. We are seeking a machine operator who may be able to operate various farm and building machinery like excavator bobcat forklift big tractor and hydralada. The successful applicant will need to do the following: operating Forklift tractor eartmoving machines Hydralda etc Transportation of machinery Machinery checks and reporting any faults Ensuring proper storage of relevant machinery and equipment Carrying out general maintenance and repair work Comply with Health and Safety regulations   Ideally a successful candidate will have atleast one year experience working with one or more of above mentioned machinery however we are happy to train the right people . who wish to start their career in this field. This is a permanent ongoing role with minimum 30 hours per week. You will be paid a wage rate of $30 - $32 per hour.
