CherryRoad works with customers to address business solutions through the deployment of Oracle Fusion software. This role is responsible for working with a pursuit team selling Oracle Fusion deployment services. It requires working closely with the team and the customer to uncover, and in some cases architect, the key elements used in determining the return on investment expected by deploying the Oracle Fusion solution.
You will meet with the customer and, armed with deep knowledge of ERP Financials, SCM or HCM + Oracle Fusion, architect a high level implementation strategy and plan to achieve the expected ROI. You will work with the CherryRoad team to design the solution for the customer and generate related documents specific to this prospect as outlined in the CherryRoad Sales Process.
Responsibilities consist of participating in active sales pursuits, engaging the CherryRoad Engagement Manager and successfully transitioning active client relationships to the Engagement Manager upon winning the deal
Responsibilities Include:
• Engaging early in the sales process with prospects to gather information about the project including background & broader context of the appropriate ERP, SCM and/or HCM solution and transformation effort required to implement the Oracle Fusion Solution.
• Bring real world example of how other companies utilize the Oracle Fusion solution
• Help define scope of the project via a broader solution/visioning conversation
• Participating in initial phone conversation to help qualify the prospect.
• Build the pre-proposal including our proposed Oracle Fusion Implementation timeline and scope.
• Jointly present the pre-proposal with the team with direct responsibility for presenting the solution component of the pre-proposal to prospect buying team (CIO, CHRO, CFO, Controller).
• Building and maintaining relationships with regional Oracle Fusion personnel as needed to jointly sell business solutions to customers who have subscribed or who are a potentially looking to subscribe to Oracle Fusion solutions.
• Keeping current all sales related information in salesforce.com.
• Following the CherryRoad Sales Process
Required Skills:
• BA/BS required; MBA a plus
• 8 or more years of Oracle (Fusion, E-Business and/or PeopleSoft) ERP, SCM or HCM Solution implementation experience
• 1 or more successful implementations of Oracle Fusion Solutions
• Domain expertise in one or more of the following: Financials, Supply Chain Management, Human Capital Management including deep knowledge of the integrated workings of related enterprise systems
• Superior communication skills both internally and externally.
• Candidates with prior SaaS or On Demand experience preferred.
CERTIFICATION: This role at CherryRoad requires at least one Oracle Fusion Application ERP, HCM or SCM Implementation Specialist certification.
