Based in the serene town of Waipawa, you will apply your road maintenance knowledge and make providing leadership and guidance to our frontline team your number one priority. Day to day you will be:On-site management and supervision of work crews including subcontractorsPlanning, organising, directing and controlling the activities and operations of road maintenance worksQuality inspection, data collection and assisting with claiming of workEnsuring work is completed to a high standard and all targets (productivity, quality and safety) are metAdvise and assist with programming of plant repairs and maintenanceNga pukenga matua | Important SkillsIt is essential that you have sound maintenance contract knowledge coupled with a proven track record of supervising teams and subcontractors in range of maintenance activities.
