The What and Who ...
You get overall operation experience; you thrive on a challenge and you know how to improve the operation through continuous improvement. You are comfortable with people, processes, reporting results and the day to day operational responsibilities of managing the day to day logistics operation in relation to "hands on "operation and people supervision within the SME operation of the warehouse.
To be successful at Fliway, you'll be: Able to train and communicate effectively with our people (verbal and written)Able to supervise the dockway functionFit for work - lifting, pushing, pulling, movement of freight by hand, trolley and forklift is requiredSafety focused - able to lead and manage health and safety in your teamStrong communicator - face to face, and on the phone or emailGood at using the computer, including Microsoft Office systemsEager to learn and develop new skills for advancementA great forklift operator with a current forklift licence and operating certificate, ideally 08th April, 2024 Our story:
