You will take charge of leading and managing the team, driving organisational change and innovation to optimise operations efficiencies, and foster strong engagement with both internal and external stakeholders. Your role will involve leading the design and implementation of mid-term, short-term and scheduling plans, guiding the team through change processes, and championing a culture of continuous improvement to achieve exceptional performance.About you:As an experienced leader, you will thrive on the challenge of steering change and enhancing performance. Your strategic mindset and innovative approach enable you to execute transformative strategies that align with LPC's objectives.
