Operations Manager - Urology Surgical Services

This role provides hands on leadership and management for our Urology Service. The brief is to effectively contribute as a member of the Surgical Services divisional management team and to provide management of the Urology Service across both North Shore & Waitakere sites.
The key responsibilities of the role will include:
the co-ordination and management of the Urology ambulatory and elective surgery service in partnership with the clinical director
supporting the perioperative nurse lead and the clerical staff who manage all of the patient scheduling for the service
responsibility for the financial performance of the service
ensuring the achievement of performance targets and indicators
ensuring staff are appropriately supported to deliver on business objectives
