We do more than collect the bin from your street we also; convert waste into clean energy, divert food waste from landfill and convert to compost, manufacture customised waste management equipment, asbestos removal, refine and recycle oil, manage and maintain our fleet inhouse and have our own bespoke technology systems. With so much opportunity, what is your career path? THE ROLE  As an Operations Manager you will lead our Hawkes Bay Branch. The main responsibility of this role is to lead our team to effectively manage daily operational goals for our various services and contracts across the region. This role calls for a 'hands-on' and tenacious leader who is driven to succeed through team engagement and an understanding of principles that underpin excellence in transport operations. You will be working with a safe, modern and reliable fleet, serviced and maintained in our on-site workshop. We are an essential services industry, offering stability to employees and reliability to our customers.
