Operations Manager

Reporting to our Hawkes Bay Delivery Lead, you will be based in the Hawkes bay responsible for delivery of maintenance works, annual programmes, and allocated additional works.This is a diverse role so you will be multi skilled and a proven leader who is hands on as this will enable you to look after our teams and ensure their operation is a success.
What you'll bring to the role: Extensive knowledge and experience in a similar type role Experience with plant and people resourcing, managing utilisation and plant costs Ability to plan, prioritise and schedule work High level communications skills with the ability to influence Ability to build robust and effective relationships with key stakeholders Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and change constructively Higgins is a leading roading and civil infrastructure company in New Zealand.
