Operations Manager - Commercial Laundry

Plan rosters, train, motivate and lead the laundry team. Monitor equipment maintenance, ensure efficient and smooth working sequences, in order to keep Team Members satisfied and that the quality standards are achieved. Control costs including payroll, chemical and supplies. Plan and implement training schedules as required. Ensuring compliance with the Health & Safety policy statement and procedures. Ensuring that service is provided to all clients within guidelines & timeframes.   Managing rosters – tracking productivity. Communicate with all suppliers and contract companies. Migrant applicants may need to meet extra INZ criteria. Â
